What extends an appointment
Heavy pet hair is the single biggest time multiplier on interiors — it can add hours by itself. On exteriors, it is paint condition: heavily contaminated or oxidized finishes take substantially longer to prepare before polishing even begins.

Do I need to be there the whole time?
No. We just need access to the vehicle and the keys if interior work is included.
Can you work in the evening?
We prefer daylight for paint work, but interior services and fleet washing can often be scheduled outside normal hours.
