Detailing Guide

How to Prepare Your Vehicle for a Detailing Appointment

Mobile detailing goes faster and finishes better when a few small things are handled before we arrive. None of it is required — we work with whatever we find — but it changes the result.

Here is what helps most.

Before we arrive

  • Remove personal belongings, especially from the trunk and footwells
  • Take out child seats if you can — the area underneath is always the dirtiest
  • Park somewhere with a bit of room around the vehicle, in shade if possible
  • Let us know about aftermarket parts, wraps, matte finishes or existing damage
  • Point out specific problem areas so we can plan chemistry and time

Access and property rules

Tell us in advance if you live in a complex with rules about washing on-site, or if your garage has height or space limits. We can bring a low-water setup where runoff is restricted, but we need to know before the appointment rather than on arrival.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily — many customers leave the keys or a spare and go about their day.

Should I wash it first?

No. Washing is part of the service and pre-washing does not save time.
