Detailing Guide

Mobile Detailing at Apartments and Workplaces

Plenty of Sacramento drivers have no driveway — apartment stalls in Midtown, carports in Arden-Arcade, structure parking downtown, or an employee lot along Highway 50 where the car sits all day anyway.

All of those work. It just takes a small amount of coordination beforehand.

What we need

  • Roughly one parking space plus a few feet of working room
  • Permission from the property or employer where rules require it
  • A heads-up about height limits in parking structures
  • Access to the keys if interior work is included

Water and runoff

Some complexes restrict washing on-site. We can use rinseless and low-water methods that produce minimal runoff, which is appropriate for lightly to moderately dirty vehicles. A heavily soiled car should not get a waterless wash — the grit has to be flooded off first — so tell us the condition honestly and we will pick the right approach or suggest a nearby alternative.

Workplace detailing

Detailing while you work is the single easiest way to fit a full detail into a busy week. Large employer lots in Rancho Cordova, Roseville and the Highway 50 corridor are ideal, and you come back at the end of the day to a finished vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

Will you block other residents?
